1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GhostDrop ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GhostDrop is a zero-knowledge, privacy-first file sharing platform. Files are encrypted client-side before upload. The server never has access to file contents, filenames, or decryption keys.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your share links and decryption keys.
• You must not use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious software.
• You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

4. No Liability for Content

Due to the zero-knowledge encryption architecture, GhostDrop cannot access, view, or moderate file contents. We cannot be held responsible for files uploaded by users.

5. File Retention & Deletion

Files are automatically deleted based on the mode selected at upload (burn mode or time capsule expiration). The Service reserves the right to delete files at any time without notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Uploading child exploitation material or any illegal content.
• Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Using automated scripts or bots to upload files.

7. Limitation of Liability

GhostDrop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
